We are a deep tech company aiming to disrupt the status quo by developing an innovative imaging system through the use of quantum detectors. Combining this technology with advanced low-noise amplification systems, specialized active magnetic shielding, and novel low-field rapid sequences to achieve unprecedented sensitivity levels. This breakthrough will revolutionize magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) by shifting the focus from magnetic intensity to image quality, allowing for high signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) under 10mT.
  
Hardware Integration Engineer
Location: Paris, France. 5 days per week on site.
Salary: Up to €65,000 (DOE)
  
Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field;
  • Experience in hardware design and development.
  • Proficiency in mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks, Fusion or similar.
  • Proficiency in electronic design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Skilled at promoting team cooperation and a commitment to project success.
  • [Bonus] Programming experience (Python);
  • [Bonus] Experience with IEC 60601-1 standards is a big plus.

  
Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development output from the different teams to ensure alignment for future integration.
  • Drive the development of test methodology accordingly (Definition, Validation, and Execution).
  • Performs operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
  • Meticulously execute test protocols, including conducting precise pre-tests.
  • Perform prototype verification tests in compliance with ISO 13485 regulations.
  • Thoroughly document test results and prepare comprehensive test reports.
  • Precisely document and analyze test failures, capturing key information for further analysis.
  • Contribute to the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to uphold standards of accuracy.
