This company are at the forefront of technology, combining AI, Robotics and image processing to revolutionise the surgery for cardiovascular related disease.
  
In just 4 years since being founded, they have grown to a company of circa 30 employee’s, all primarily in engineering /R&D disciplines. They have also developed their technology to the point where surgery has been performed successfully on an animal model, considering medical devices can take time to get to market, this is very impressive!
  
We are looking for someone who has proven experience working in the Medical device industry, ideally within medical image processing and has taken a product through to FDA clearance.
  
Please see below for more information about what you can expect from the day to day:

• Be a key contributor to new technology development in the area of computer vision and machine learning
• Develop learning based solutions for a variety of tasks in medical data/imaging analysis
• Further enhance medical software applications and patents
• Write and maintain accurate documentation of concepts, algorithms and regulations

Skillset/experience we are looking for:

• Strong academic background in computer science/software engineering
• experience with FDA documentation (worked to IEC 62304)
• Strong proficiency in Python, C and C++
• Proven background in mathematics, statistics, data structure and algorithms
• Proficiency in one of the mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Hands on experience with medical image processing and 3D data visualization
