Job Description: Senior/ Staff Electronics Engineer

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/ Staff Electronics Engineer with a focus on analogue electronics, high-speed PCB board design, and digital signal processing. This role requires extensive experience in high-speed electronics and product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Design and develop high-speed PCB boards for our next-generation optical GPUs.
  • Focus on analogue electronics and digital signal processing to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including optical, software, and hardware engineers, to integrate electronic systems into our products.
  • Lead product development efforts from concept through to production, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electronic components and systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues, focusing on high-speed signal integrity and power management.
  • Stay current with advancements in electronics engineering, high-speed PCB design, and digital signal processing.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

 
Skills & Experience:
 

  • 6+ years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field.
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in analogue electronics and high-speed PCB board design.
  • Proven expertise in high-speed electronics and digital signal processing.
  • Strong background in product development, from concept to production.
  • Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools and simulation software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with power management and high-speed signal integrity.
