Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of Chlorine (NaDCC) Tablets. These have applications in a wide range of markets from Surface Disinfection, Water Purification & Baby Bottle Sterilising. As an established authority in the field, our client operates across 60 countries around the world, partnering with high profile, non-profit organisations, countless market-leading healthcare institutions and the NHS.
We are looking for an experienced & driven Sales Manager to join the team as they continue to expand.
Role: Sales Manager
Location: Sussex (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: DOE / Competitive + benefits
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies (could be Sales & Marketing)
Experiences
- Proven experience in a sales management role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the Water Purification, Detergent, chemical or pharmaceutical industry. (desirable)
- Knowledge of international sales and export regulations (desirable)
