Senior RF/Analog Design Engineer

Role Overview
- Design and develop high-performance analog and RF integrated circuits (ICs) optimized for precision, power efficiency, and compactness, supporting product development from initial architecture through silicon validation.
- Create and simulate analog and RF circuit blocks such as amplifiers, mixers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, and bias/reference circuits, with a focus on signal integrity and linearity.
- Optimize designs for power, area, and performance, ensuring robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including optics, simulation, and PCB design to define specifications and ensure alignment with system-level goals.
- Provide guidance to layout engineers on floor-planning and physical design to minimize parasitic effects and preserve analog performance.
- Support post-silicon validation activities, including test plan development, measurement analysis, and correlation with simulations to refine future designs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in analog electronics, including voltage-to-current and current-to-voltage conversion across low and high frequencies.
- Experience designing high-precision analog systems for signal processing or power electronics; familiarity with high-frequency analog signals is advantageous.
- Proficient in IC design and post-layout methodologies using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
- Skilled in mixed-signal circuit design, including DACs and ADCs operating from kHz to GHz frequencies, and signal conditioning circuits for integration with digital processors.
- Deep understanding of signal integrity, noise reduction, and crosstalk mitigation in mixed-signal, high-frequency RF environments.
- Experience working with advanced semiconductor process nodes (<28nm).
