About this role
- The Systems / Business Analyst will be the go-to person for all things system related within the company.
- Leading & developing the roadmap of our CRM, Accounting & Stock Management systems.
- Understanding team needs across the company manage backlog to deliver projects effectively, communicating prioritisation, scope, complexity & expected business value, to internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for gathering requirements & feedback from various teams across the business, working closely with the FD & SLT to plan projects efficiently whilst being mindful of team capacity & resources available.
Responsibilities
- Review systems & processes across the company.
- Takeover overseeing all systems & software management & development within the company
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs & gather feedback to integrate into the product development process.
- Manage & maintain the systems development roadmap, aligning it with business objectives & stakeholder needs
- Prioritise features, enhancements, & bug fixes, maintaining a well-organised system/process improvement backlog & ensuring development is focussed on high-impact tasks
- Participate in sprint planning sessions, collaborating with external developers to define sprint goals, scope & priorities.
- Engage in regular meetings, providing updates & addressing any concerns or challenges across the product team.
- Organise sprint reviews & evaluate work against sprint goals. Plan projects, considering resource capacity & workload
- Ensure projects have established measures with clear briefs & acceptance criteria, ensuring developers & stakeholders have a clear path & sprint goals.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery & high-quality outcomes. Implement practical solutions to technical & operational challenges & issues.
- Collaborate cross functionally to align goals & communicate system updates, ensuring teams across the company are informed of product development activities & roadmap developments.
- Coordinating training & improvement plans across the company to ensure teams are using systems effectively & maximising benefits
Desirable Experience:
- CIMA or equivalent qualification
