Our Customer Success team is looking for a customer-focused and highly organised individual to join our team and ensure our customers are well looked after! The successful candidate will provide exceptional 1st line support for our customers in EMEA, as well as technical and administrative support to our sales team. Your knowledge and positive attitude will be instrumental in assisting customers with the installation, configuration and use of our software.   
The team consists of developers, scientists, commercial, and operational people who are passionate about contributing their skills towards cutting-edge developments in the medical imaging world.
Medical Imaging Support Specialist
Location: Oxford (Flexible WFH policy)
Salary: Circa £30,000 + Benefits Package

  • Recording, responding to and resolving customer support requests whether received by e-mail or telephone
  • Creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships, providing a point of contact for all support-related communications
  • Diagnosis and resolution of issues and problems that arise with Mirada systems
  • Gathering and analysing data, logs and configuration files from customers’ systems to facilitate investigation into software issues
  • Liaising with customers to schedule installation and licensing of software
  • Carry out installation, configuration, licensing and testing of software remotely and at customer sites as required
  • Rolling out new version releases and updates
  • Ensure that all relevant administrative, quality, and regulatory documentation and records are accurately completed and maintained

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years experience in software application support and configuration
  • Knowledge of the medical imaging domains, PACS, DICOM
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Windows networking, and experience using remote connections RDP, Teamviewer
  • Attention to detail with data entry
  • Good personal organisation and priority management
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills including the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience
  • Comfortable and able to communicate professionally with a variety of clinical customers, from end users to senior managers

Advantageous Skills

  • Familiarity with medical imaging data (CT/MR/Nuclear Medicine etc)
  • Experience with configuring/diagnosing DICOM connections
  • Experience in training users of software applications
  • Familiarity with working within a quality-driven and regulated environment
  • Experience working in a clinical radiotherapy or diagnostic department
  • Ability to code with scripting or programming languages
