We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly expanding PPE and Healthcare Management company based in Stevenage. You will join the executive team to manage the company revenue, forecasting and profit to ensure sustained growth and profitability across our global markets. This role is taking ownership for the finance function within the company but will also include involvement in the commercial side of the business.
The company are approaching 30 years of trading and due to recent events creating an increased demand for their products and services they have experienced and are predicting rapid growth over the next 5 years. You will take ownership of the financial function of a business growing from £20m turnover to £50m turnover.
They provide services to Europe, North/South America and the Middle East including environmental hygiene, PPE, health worker and patient safety, spill / waste management and product development.

Salary: Up to £95,000 + Stock Options + Company Benefits
Location: Stevenage
Requirements and Responsibilities,

  • ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, FCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
  • Work alongside the commercial and supply chain teams on initiatives, pricing policies, payment terms, and stock policy
  • Work as part of the leadership team on long-term financial and business planning
  • Assist in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets 
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports 
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with external partners, stakeholders and investors 
  • Track cash flow and analyse the company’s financial weaknesses and strength, whilst proposing corrective actions
  • Plan and perform risk management duties
  • Analyse and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Plan, implement and manage investment strategies
  • Drive and manager the company’s financial planning
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Ensure company compliance with law and regulatory bodies


  • Excellent knowledge of international or global finance ideally within products and services
  • 3 Years+ experience in a Director/C-level finance role at a multi-million pound business
  • Hands-on experience with risk management and financial management software 
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Experience in a standalone role with experience of high growth SME’s.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
