Associate Mechanical Engineer

 

This is an intriguing opportunity to work with our client who are developing medical devices which aim to positively impact people’s lives. Our client is a leading design engineering company based in Cambridge.

 

They are now seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to help grow and develop their team. This role will be working closely with their various customers to help design, develop and implement innovative products. Including medical devices and drug delivery systems.

 

 

The Role; Associate Mechanical Engineer

 

The primary responsibilities of this role will be.

 

• Liaise with clients to capture their requirements and prepare proposals.

• Design and support the delivery of client products.

• Ensure all designs comply with the required contract specification.

• Lead projects / present designs.

 

 

About You; Associate Mechanical Engineer

 

Potential candidates should be able to show strong technical abilities, have a good understanding of manufacturing techniques and the ability to work creatively within a team.

 

• An excellent degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product design.

• 2/3 years’ experience.

• Proficient in 3D CAD.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Relevant experience with medical devices.
