Role Overview: Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant with CT19 you will work to ensure that existing clients receive a best-in-class service. It will be your responsibility to work with other consultants and ensure that we are successfully completing given assignments with great efficiency.

This is the perfect role for an experienced resourcer or candidate manager, that perhaps enjoys managing the entire candidate process but has no desire interact with clients. Since our inception in 2019 we have worked tirelessly to develop relationships with our existing client base, which has resulted in a consistent number of live vacancies. This is an opportunity to come and work with some of the most exciting and innovative biotech/medical-tech companies in The UK.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Working with the Consultants/Principal Consultants to service existing clients.

·        Manage the entire candidate process, from initial screening, CV submission and offer management.

·        Working to deadlines and commercial targets with the Account Manager/Consultants.

·        To provide exceptional levels of candidate care throughout the process.

 

Requirements:

·        Internal/Agency recruitment experience OR degree educated in Scientific discipline.

·        Ability to communicate and empathise with others.
